These lanyards can be used as secondary safety elements in applications such as stage lighting, or holding a light fitting to the structure to prevent accidental dropping when working at heights.
They are fabricated from cord, cable or webbing and are available with or without shock-absorbing capabilities.
Since lanyards have a fixed length, they should only be used when the lanyard is shorter than the risk area.
Dixon PVC coated lanyards feature carbon steel construction and have aluminium crimp sleeves for secure connection.
