These thermostatic mixing valves are used to mix hot and cold water to bring down the service water to a safe and comfortable level for the building's distribution piping system.
They feature a copper paraffin thermostat to sense and adjust the outlet temperature, a single-seat design and a vandal-resistant locking mechanism to prevent tampering with temperature settings.
The interior walls of these units are made of polysulfone that resists excessive heat, corrosion and liming.
They have a lead-free brass construction for excellent corrosion resistance and are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 180 degrees F.
